back home from stockholm

and wishing i was still there!
bought some yarn, had some food, hung round with friends.
it all was over way too soon.

...and it seems my flu is back.
achey pukey yuck!

feeling the bone

so feeling a bit better today - managed to create a crocheted dog bone as a housewarming present for my friend seienstyle that i'll be staying with in stockholm this weekend- its sooo cute and bright red!

still nothing new...but flu!

i really want to make something for my anne-marie and gabriel that i'm going to be staying with in stockholm next week but i'm not sure what...i especially need to make something for gab as he's givng up his bedroom for me - how sweet is that? i usually just live n sofas when i'm in scandoland so this is quite a step up. it needs to be rewarded. he'd probably like a laptop bag made from recycled plastick bags...but not sure how portable that would be to work on.
hmmm.

maybe i'll go back to my ideas of making little hairpolice amigurumis!

last week

well there won't be anymore bake camps for me.

i really can't face going back and sitting with all the settled down girlie girls again.

especially now that things have gotten sooo messed up.

not really been crafting much the last week or so.

did the race for life with the iknit team and can now add almost £200 to their almost £4k.

i crocheted all the way round the track, but ripped it out the next day as it was too wonky...so have slowly been building it back up.

but nothing else.

i want to make a lovely lacey scarf out of the 2ply that i got from all the fun of the fair the other day, but i can't bring myself to wind it up off the hank by meself.  this fucking messed up relationship thing really really sucks.

will take with me to stockholm in a couple weeks - who knows, it might end up as hair extensions!!!
